What are your worst movie pet peeves? I know you’ve got them post your comments.

I’ve got tons but here are my TOP 3. What are yours?

I was at Cinemark 16 in Harlingen Sunday to watch Terminator: Salvation. My rating is at the end of this post.

1. CRYING BABIES AND CHILDREN.

People, people, people. Why do you find the NEED to take your babies or children to R-rated movies late at night???? 

Sorry you don’t have a sitter but there is a rule at the theater that states: NO CHILDREN UNDER AGE 6 WILL BE ADMITTED TO ANY R-RATED FEATURE AFTER 6 P.M.

Now I have nothing against babies or children, I think they’re adorable. BUT keep them out of the theater after 6PM! Or take them to an age-appropriate movie!

2. TOO MUCH PERFUME OR COLOGNE.

Why do women or men find the need to douse themselves with perfume or cologne when you go to the movies????

First of all, you’re not the only person in theater.

Second of all, not everyone has the same taste in your perfume/cologne.

And finally,  it’s hard to watch the movie when I’m choking on your stench.

3. CELL PHONES.

Just like the nice lady on the screen says, ‘Please be courteous and turn your cell phones off.’

Why don’t you?

I don’t pay $8.75 to hear you blabbering on the phone. It’s rude.

Bottom line people, let’s make the world a better place so I, like you, can enjoy a movie.

I give Terminator: Salvation 3 thumbs up … minus the perfume stench and cell phone conversation.
