Joe who recently broke up with country singer Taylor Swift, 18, has been quietly seeing actress Camilla Belle, 22, who starred in the Jonas Brothers’ video Lovebug. Joe, whose breakup with Taylor was made public per Taylor’s decision that she ‘owed it’ to her fans, seems like he falls in and out of love quite fast. Hope he won’t break it off with Camilla over the phone like he did with Taylor.
